MANAGER, ADULT CARE CENTER
JABA is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Manager for the Adult Care Center in Louisa County. The successful candidate will directly supervise the Louisa Adult Care Center (ACC) staff. Develop and monitor ACC protocols, policies, procedures and manage center budgets. Provide analysis and reports on center activities. Assist with the development and implementation of a marketing plan. Promote public relations and media exposure. Makes both short term and long-range plans for center and participates in successful implementation of the JABA Strategic Plan. Conduct family and member outreach, recruitment, interviews and assessments as needed. Assist JABA’s Development Office with fundraising.
Bachelor's degree (required) or Master’s degree (preferred) in a relevant field and three years' experience working with older adults. Must have PCA certification or be willing to complete PCA training within first six months of the position. Required skills: supervision, communication, organizational, financial management and exceptional computer skills. Must comply with HIPAA regulations and confidentially policies.
