MGR MANAGED CARE CONTRACT
The Jefferson Area Board for Aging is seeking qualified candidate who will be responsible for hiring, supervising, training, monitoring and supporting a team of community based care coordination staff. Along with maintaining quality assurance protocols, compliance, HIPAA and data analysis for outcomes and program management of the contracts. Must be able establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, Director, and other professionals, colleagues and the general public. Experience and skill in independent problem solving and conflict resolution. Knowledge of financials, and budgeting models. Strong verbal and written communication and Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor’s degree, in health-care related field, Five years of experience managing community-based programs that were subject to regulations of third party payers. Experience supervising off-site staff. Experience conducting quality management and data analysis. Thorough knowledge of health care and quality improvement and the provision of community based serviced.
